I wanted to share just a few of the hundreds of photos taken during a wonderful two-week trip to Norway in May 2012 to perform three shows	Yes, that's me getting "revitalized" at the Amersterdam airport - we flew from Nashville to Atlanta to Amsterdam to Kristiansand	At one of the places I stayed in Norway I was asked if I'd sign the back of the door that "Jan Howard slept here" - I was honored to
